I am finding, after 3 weeks, that my physical therapy is easier and not so painful. For the first three weeks I had to take two whole days to recover and the pain was terrible. I am finally able to do the exercises and even adding some new ones I am not in terrible pain from them. That is worth a smile.
My name is Tessa Dean and I am an author and blogger. My writing styles vary and I love writing using prompts.
I am also writing my first book, a Memoir entitled "Government Property - A Memoir of a Military Wife". This is being published on the blog rather than the traditional way. I am putting up chapters as I go along. I keep my blog filled with useful content, stories, and poems. Plenty to keep you busy. I have also been interviewed by blogs and had other posts published on many different blogs. I also wrote a series of articles on Bipolar Disorder for IBPF (International Bipolar Foundation).
I am in my 60’s and disabled which allows me plenty of time to write to my heart’s content.
I live in southern New Jersey and have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. My oldest grandchild is a Sargent in the United States Marine Corps.

Glad it is getting better and that you are able to move more and exercise a little.
It hasn’t been easy and at first I could barely move for the next 48 hours, but now I am able to move better. Now I need to just keep it up and not let myself fall back into my old habits.
I have 4 more sessions and then I am done. I was re-evaluated and they decided to do 4 more. So I have a total of 12 sessions. I am finally getting used to it. It really hurt the first 3 weeks. I could barely move for 48 hours afterwards. I only have 2 sessions per week. Before I had to do 3 sessions per week.

I’m glad. I had PT on my finger last fall and winter…had to take aspirin before I went in. And that was just two fingers.
