The Weekly Smile for 6/22/2020 #weeklysmile – physical therapy easier finally

weeklysmile

I am finding, after 3 weeks, that my physical therapy is easier and not so painful. For the first three weeks I had to take two whole days to recover and the pain was terrible. I am finally able to do the exercises and even adding some new ones I am not in terrible pain from them. That is worth a smile.

    1. It hasn’t been easy and at first I could barely move for the next 48 hours, but now I am able to move better. Now I need to just keep it up and not let myself fall back into my old habits.

    1. I have 4 more sessions and then I am done. I was re-evaluated and they decided to do 4 more. So I have a total of 12 sessions. I am finally getting used to it. It really hurt the first 3 weeks. I could barely move for 48 hours afterwards. I only have 2 sessions per week. Before I had to do 3 sessions per week.
