The Rules by Pensitivity101:
Every day I’ll list three things that may, or may not, be related. The challenge is to simply read the prompt and see where your creativity takes you, using one, two or all three words in your post. There are no restrictions regarding length, style, or genre apart from keeping it family friendly.
You can use the 3TC, #threethingschallenge or TTC as a tag and the logo if you wish.
Invite us along by creating a pingback to this post and don’t forget to leave your link in the comments so that other people can read your writings and I’ll see it to respond to you directly. While you’re there, why not check out some of the other posts too!
Have fun and these are your three things today are:
CHEST
DRAW

As I leaned over my desk to draw a picture for my drawing class, I accidentally banged the medical alert button on my chest setting off the alarm at the company who monitors the button 24 hours a day. I was so engrossed in my drawing it wasn’t until the EMT’s broke down my door to come to my aid, that I realized I had missed the voice asking if I was alright. When you do not answer they assume the worst and send help. Now how do I explain this to my landlord. I just might have to use the button to call for help if decides to beat me to a pulp.

Those panic buttons are a lifeline. My Mum had one and wore it round her neck. Her routine at night was to take it off, teeth out, then lights out. Getting up, it was get washed and dressed, teeth in, button on, breakfast.

I have used mine once. I couldn’t breathe and explaining it to 9-1-1 can be ridiculously diffitcult. I hit the button, told them I couldn’t breathe and they sent the EMTs and called my kids, no questions asked.

Brilliant Tessa. Exactly what they were intended for.

Yes it was much easier than trying to explain to 9-1-1 and they called my children for me. Immediately after sending the EMTs.
