Pensitivity101 Rules:
Welcome to The Three Things Challenge.
Below are three things that may, or may not, be related. Simply read the prompt and see where your creativity takes you.
You can use one, two or all three words in your post, there are no restrictions regarding length, style, or genre apart from keeping it family friendly.
You can use 3TC, #threethingschallenge or TTC as a tag and my logo if you wish.
Invite us along by creating a pingback to this post, then leave your link in the comments so that other people can read your writings and I’ll see it to respond to you directly. You might like to check out some of the other contributions while you’re there.
I schedule the challenge to go out around 6.30 am UK time, but pingbacks have to be approved manually so might not show immediately. This could be because I’m late accessing my blog or due to time differences, but I will get there, I promise!
I look forward to reading your responses, and as always thank you all for your continued support.
Your three words are:
SUPPORT
BECAUSE
HARD

The Birthday Party Part 20 (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6, Part 7, Part 8, Part 9, Part 10, Part 11, Part 12, Part 13, Part 14, Part 15, Part 16, Part 17, Part 18, Part 19)
By Tessa Dean February 2021
There was a hard knock at the door. Thomas jumped at the loudness of it. He was alone except for the younger brothers and little sister he was watching for the night because his mother was working at the restaurant that night and his dad was out with his friends playing cards.
His parents tried not to make him babysit too often, but sometimes he took his turn at it. Rory who was almost 18 also took a turn babysitting if his dad wanted some time off while their mother was at work. And occasionally they would also have Joshua take a turn a few times a month if neither of the two older boys was available.. He was almost 16, but all those kids were hard to watch especially with the newborn twins to take care of as well. Being a large family can be hard to deal with at times. However they were all used to it and loved having a large family.
They knew that both mom and dad had to work to support the family and they also needed some time off for themselves. So everyone who could pitched in.
