QUESTIONS
What did you learn the hard way? Even though I had chronic pain as a child, I should have listened to my doctor and tried to keep moving anyway. Now that I am older moving is almost impossible. I would advise anyone who is starting to get aches and pains to not stop moving, but continue to gently move your body so it doesn’t stiffen up and become like me. I still wouldn’t be jumping through hoops, but hopefully the pain would have been less now.
Which activities make you lose track of time? Reading and writing, plus just plain computer time.
Why do we seem to think of others the most after they’re gone? I think it is memories more than a lot of things. When I lost my mother I was at the store and I saw pumpkin pie on the shelf and I burst into tears because that was my mother’s favorite. Memories will get you all the time.
Is it possible to know the truth without challenging it first? I tend to believe things way more than I should. I don’t challenge much. People have lied to me and very successfully. I guess it depends on the person.

I agree with you Tessa that one should keep on moving even through the pain. I hope you feel better soon my friend

Thank you Tessa for Sharing Your World! You shared some excellent thoughts with everyone! I agree that keeping moving is so important for keeping limber and hopefully keeping more severe pain at bay, but sadly it can be something one learns too late. My sympathies! Have a really wonderful week!
