**********Eileen’s POV**********

Eileen told Kyle that she had the requisite rules for the rape examination explained to her last night at the hospital, and then the police report she had filed at the police station was also explained. Still, they didn’t follow those procedures very well.

She had to wait hours in the hospital emergency room for the exam to take place, and that one of the nurses had been a male, and he smirked at her and had to be thrown out. Then she had to wait at the police station while they finished arresting some guys selling drugs.

**********Story Continued**********

Eileen began to cry again while Kyle surveyed the vast sky of stars and then wondered why this had to happen to Eileen who was the greatest girl in the world. It was getting cold and they didn’t have jackets with them so he held her closer. He had never pried about her past and she had never asked about his. If he had any illusions that she was virgin he could forget that thought now.

He dried her tears while she got herself under control. He wondered how many times that bold, vile, creep had violated her. It would all come out at the trial provided she didn’t back out when she had to testify in front of him. He hoped she had the courage to see it out and that she didn’t get too banged up while they tried to set him up so they could catch him in action. He knew that the professor was sly and he wondered if he would be smart enough to figure out what they had in mind.

Jack and Scott had remained in Scott’s den talking about what route they should try. They had to lure him to her and have him mad enough that he tries to rape her again. He seems to do it when he is mad at her. Preferably without beating her first. She said the last time he had beaten her till she passed out and then she woke up during the rape. They didn’t want that to happen. They just wanted him to attempt to rape her and then they would burst in. But there were no guarantees. The detective had to sell her on his current idea tomorrow morning.

***

Detective Fisher cast about for the best way to break his idea to her and Kyle. They would arrive shortly at the Callan’s house. It was the best place to meet. Once they arrived, Sarah brought them to the den. The dog was already outside because they remembered her fear of the dog.

For lack of a better idea, Jack said they wanted her to call the professor and tell him she needed to talk to him about this grade he gave her. She knew it wasn’t a zero. His hope was that he would offer to meet her and if she had sex with him he would give her the A it deserved. She would agree, but when he got to her apartment she would refuse to give him sex. They hoped he would get mad and try to rape her and when she was close to being fully raped she would yell “cow” and they would rush in with cameras and hopefully get him about to rape her. Hopefully he would not try to beat her first. If he did she was to immediately play like he knocked her out and hopefully he would continue to the rape and stop beating her. However, if he continued to beat her than she was to yell “cow” and they would stop there. They would have to hope the other women’s stories would be enough to put him behind bars. They were still trying to call them all and convince as many as possible since they had one woman ready to testify.

***

Eileen was nervous. It was almost time for the professor to arrive. The knock at the door almost caused her to scream. She let him in, he stomach churning. “How beautiful and sexy you are tonight,” he told her. she remained silent. “So I understand you don’t believe you deserve a zero for a grade. Like I told you I would change it to an A if you have sex with me tonight.”

Eileen refused and the professor grabbed her by the shirt and ripped it open, buttons flying everywhere. He shoved her onto the couch and started to yank her shorts off. She bided her time. He didn’t attempt to hit her. It seemed like he wanted her to be conscious for this one. He reached down and unzipped his shorts and pushed them off and then he tore her panties off. She yelled “cow” and in rushed the police with cameras and guns. The professor looked at her and went to strike her, but Detective Fisher got to her in time to prevent him from hitting her. He was told to pull up his pants and then he was handcuffed and dragged out of the room, shouting, “You bitch.”

***

The day of the trial, the professor appeared older than normal. It appeared that jail didn’t set well with him. Eileen and Kyle were there and very nervous. The detective didn’t mention whether any of the other women had showed up to testify and no one else was in the courtroom.

The trial started and Eileen gave her testimony and the shots from the cameras showed him in action. It was definitely a rape scene. As her testimony ended, Eileen heard sounds behind her. There were about ten women, each accompanied by someone, which Eileen then found out were ten of the other women he attacked and their lawyers. With someone leading the way they found the strength to follow her lead and testify against the professor too.

One of them was the sister of his deceased wife. She testified to everything her sister had ever told her about their relationship and that she was sure he had beaten her and raped her just like he did with her and all these other women.

The professor was denying that he had done anything to anybody. He was being set up, but each one had a police report with a date in the past of when each woman had been attacked and they also found multiple complaints from his wife about domestic violence. He was found guilty of all the attacks and the homicide of his wife, who coincidentally was named Eileen as well.

The women, all crying, surrounded Eileen and thanked her for being strong enough to take the professor on and giving them the strength to testify as well. The monster was finally off the streets and he was sentenced to death by electric chair since his wife had lived in a state that had the death penalty.

    1. Yes I thought so too. Since I mentioned her death in the beginning, but not being able to prove it, I wanted to make sure I addressed that part along with his current stream of rapes and beatings.
