The Friday Reminder and Prompt for #SoCS July 31, 2021

Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is “the last photo you took.” Take the last photo you snapped. What’s the first word that comes to mind when you look at it? That word is your prompt. Enjoy!

***************

The last photo I remember taking was of me in the rehab hospital with a broken foot and that brings back terrible memories of the horrible treatment that I received and the pain from a broken foot which is still lingering on as I am doing physical therapy now trying to regain full use of the foot. I was told it could still take months.

    1. Thank you! The treatment there was despicable and I feel bad for the elderly that had no idea what was happening to them. I was debating turning a complaint into the state once I was out of there because they were holding me prisoner to a point and there was no reason to keep me aside from getting paid for it. One of the nurses actually told me that. He said once your insurance runs out they will kick you out and that is what happened. I just am not able to go through the process and so many people told me that it wouldn’t help so I just try to put it out of my mind, but it is still kind of fresh, but I had better be unconscious before I find myself in that place again. I won’t go willingly for sure.
