How many personal emergencies per week can an employee have before they are fired?
(The aide agency I am currently stuck at lets their employees have unlimited personal emergency days and doesn’t say a word unless the client (me) complains and then I have to hear how they can’t help having personal emergencies at home. Every day????? I am so ready to kick this agency to the curb, I am tired of hearing it and no one returns calls even when they say they will.)
