Thanks to Natalie, the Explorer, for hosting this prompt.
Grab a chair and something to drink. If you were here, I would tell you that things are going downhill fast here at the facility. We have nasty, rude nurses who are deliberately spiteful. Something needs to be done about it. They forget to give us our meds and hate to be reminded of them. They are supposed to follow a computer-run program, but they still screw things up. And they take it out on us.
I am enjoying the tv, and now I can write and watch/listen to tv at the same time. NaNoWriMo is almost done, and I doubt I will make the full 50,000 words that is the goal. I am writing, though, and I am still doing my prompts.
I just ordered an iPad 10.2. I had to spend the money from selling my car because it put me over my Medicaid monetary limit. I don’t know if I need to buy anymore or not. They finally took my rent out of my account by autopay. Between selling the car and them not taking my rent out, they put me over my limit, and hopefully, Medicaid will not penalize me as it wasn’t my fault.
The Thanksgiving dinner wasn’t as big of a disaster as I expected, but it was still a problem, and one of the residents had some type of medical emergency and they had to fight to get her out of the crowded room, and they didn’t have a wheelchair, so they had to carry her out by the chair she was sitting in. I think she might be in the hospital as I haven’t seen her since then. I dread Christmas if they decide to do the same thing again, and the more people we have, the harder it will be.
Have a great week, everyone.
