We have a word prompt this week
MAGNUM OPUS
Use it as a theme, word, or synonym in your piece. You can also share a work of art, photograph, anecdote, memory, or true story to illustrate the spirit of the word.
The format of the piece is not restricted, and there is no last date either unless you wish to be featured in the Weekly Wrap.

I find the word magnus opus to be a bit clunky when the simple meaning is simply a masterpiece. I am still working on my masterpiece aka as an magnus opus. Really that is so much of a mouthful. The worst part is I had to look it up to even know where to go with this prompt.
My masterpiece is currently my memoir, and I am trying to get back to work on it some more. I have no plans to publish it, but the writing is cathartic.
