I am combining two photo prompts and Reena’s Xploration prompt that is simply the letter “T”.
First photo prompt is the Unicorn Challenge.
And the second photo prompt is from The Daily Spur.
Stephen needed a new victim to torture. What next? He thought as he stood outside the building, looking up at a window that had its light on at this time of night. He decided that tonight, he was doing everything differently. He had a handgun in his pocket.
He headed inside the building, thanking God that there was no intercom he needed to get past. He knocked on the door. The door opened, and a young man stood there. Stephen pulled a gun out of his pocket and waved him back inside.
He backed up. “What are you up to, Stephen?”
“Jack, I didn’t know you lived here.”
“I moved in last week. I was tired of roommates. What’s with the gun?”
“Well, this is awkward. I was going to kill the person who opened this door. I had no idea it would be you.”
“Why were you going to kill someone?”
“It’s a hobby.”
“Not a nice hobby from my standpoint. You wouldn’t shoot me, would you?”
I lifted the gun with its silencer and shot him point blank. I shoved his body back into the apartment. I cleaned up the mess, shoving the body into the closet. I had no time for the torture, but that could wait until next time.
