Lust

By Tessa Dean November 2022

The spot was beautiful, and a wooden bridge led over to a nice green area. Bob and Sally had found the place and considered it their own. They snuck out here every week for a rendezvous at lunchtime.

They were lost in a passionate kiss at the bridge’s end when Bob’s wife suddenly came across the bridge behind them. “Oh my, caught you,” she shouted and proceeded over to them. She told them off and started to slap them both.”I knew you were cheating on me, you jerk, and she’s nothing but a slut. Look at her dress!”

Foggy Morning!

By Tessa Dean November 2022

It was a foggy morning, and a quick peek out of the tent showed that visibility was very low. We slowly dressed and climbed out to start breakfast and looked around our tent. It was hard to see just a few away due to the fog.

Suddenly Sandra yelled that she could see deer in the next copse of trees. We crowded around her and looked at where she pointed. Sandra was sure they were reindeer and was very excited, and she wanted to go over to them. We tried to explain to her that if we were to approach them, they would most likely take off. They were afraid of us.

She didn’t care she just wanted to see them up close. We walked as slowly and quietly as possible, but we only got a little closer before they bolted in all directions. Sandra was disappointed and started to cry. As we stood there comforting her, one of them returned and started to graze again, and the rest soon followed. We were closer than we had been, so she got a much better look at them and was finally consoled enough to stop crying and just watch them from where we were.
