Sunday’s Six Sentence Story Word Prompt – Light

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Link up at Wednesday’s post. Link goes live at 6:00 pm through Saturday late…
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers.

PROMPT WORD:  LIGHT

**********

The light shines down from above. Highlighting my words as I create my next piece. Wait, I need to look something up as the meaning of the word eludes me. I hate when this happens and it is happening much more frequently lately. The word I want is found and I head toward the end of the piece. The light goes out!

  1. Thank goodness for the internet, eh, Tessa?!
Nothing more frustrating in the middle of writing a piece when the perfect word is right on the tip of your tongue but you can’t quite snag it.

    Welcome to Six Sentence Stories.

    1. Grammarly corrects me a lot for putting my words into the wrong order. Look up is better, but I don’t see it when writing. Shame grammarly didn’t catch it this time.
