Sammi’s Weekend Writing Prompt Rules:

The Party

Rock and Roll blared from the speakers in the basement recreation room. Gary was having a party for his football team. His parents were away for the weekend, and he had promised them he wouldn’t have any parties, but he was a teenager, and teenagers don’t pay attention to their parents quite often. He figured he and his closest friends would have everything picked up and put away before they returned from their trip.

Just then, the TV screen fell off the wall and shattered. His heart sank.

    1. Thank you David! It always seems to happen to kids who think they can sneak a party in behind their parents backs. Something always happens and they get caught.
