The persistent call-outs by our nurses and aides are not just disruptions, but they are also causing significant strain on our staff. The resulting shortages not only increase the workload for their colleagues but also compromise the quality of care we receive.
It’s a recurring issue with the smokers who, despite repeated warnings from the management, continue to disregard the designated smoking area. This not only violates the rules but also undermines the authority of the facility, posing a threat to the overall discipline.
